俄羅斯通信設備FAC認證合格評定是國家監(jiān)督的強制性程序之一?？梢酝ㄟ^聯(lián)邦通信局 (FAC) 合格證書或 FAC符合性聲明，來證明該產品符合通訊技術要求。只有在獲得通訊設備FAC證書之后，通信設備才能投放到俄羅斯聯(lián)邦市場。 FAC 證書的有效期通常為 1 到 3 年。但是FAC符合性聲明的有效性不受限制無限期。

注意：如果該通信設備無法連接到公共交換電話網絡，則不需要聯(lián)邦通信局FAC的任何符合性批準認證。 但是無論如何，該設備需要遵守歐亞經濟聯(lián)盟的技術法規(guī)。 如果該設備可用于數(shù)據加密，則必須強制性遵守俄羅斯聯(lián)邦聯(lián)邦安全局 (FSB) 的通知。
